Products or goods purchased from ELEMOOD shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) as indicated in our online store www.elemood.com
In the event the Wholesaler chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesaler shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesaler must be requested in writing to GOODJOB Co., Ltd. and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.
HOW TO ORDER
You must be a registered user to view this site. If you have not yet registered, please fill out the registration form and submit for approval.
Once you receive notification email for approved wholesaler, you can log in as wholesale customer and view our regular retail price and your wholesale price simultaneously.
Select product and add to shopping cart item-by-item, or submit your order via “ordering form” under “wholesale” menu
Payments can be made by the following method:
- Direct Bank Transfer ( surcharge of Bank fee $US 40 or € 40 )
You will receive an Invoice email which you can T/T the payment to our bank account. Send us the deposit copy for proceeding your order shipment.
- Credit card or PayPal ( surcharge of Paypal fee 4.5% )
During the checkout process, you will be transferred to a secure site directly and exclusively managed by PayPal Holdings, Inc.
- 5 -10 working days for order amount of $500- $2,000
- 10 -15 days for order amount > $ 2,000
- 30 days for order amount > $ 5,000
In the case of stock running out and requires production time longer than the delivery period, we will split shipment to send available items, and deliver the rest at no extra cost.
Confirmation email will be sent with tracking number and link to our delivery service provider’s website.
RECEIPT & SIGNATURE
All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided. Our delivery service provider will notify you in advance of attempting to make a delivery requiring signature.
If your products remain undelivered despite our delivery service provider making one more attempt to deliver them, the delivery service provider will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your products, including a time limit for collection.
If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).
An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
(a) you provided the wrong address for delivery;
(b) there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
(c) the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
(d) the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
(e) if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or
(f) if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
TAXES & DUTIES
Goods are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties has already been included in the final purchase price.
